Quality and continuous improvement.

At UNISHORE, we treat quality as a cross-functional commitment across our transport operations, offshore and onshore surveys, technical services and activities linked to the energy and productive sectors. We work to provide reliable, safe and traceable solutions supported by appropriate technology, committed people and management focused on continuous improvement.

UNISHORE is working toward ISO 9001:2026 certification. Certification has not yet been awarded.

Quality policy

This commitment defines the framework through which we organize processes, resources and decisions to ensure consistent results, operational compliance and responses aligned with each client need.

  • Understand the requirements of our clients and stakeholders to deliver services that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Plan and execute our operations with order, document control, traceability and a preventive approach.
  • Comply with the legal, regulatory, contractual and technical requirements applicable to each activity.
  • Promote the use of state-of-the-art technology and good practices to obtain reliable and accurate data, measurements and results.
  • Strengthen our team competencies, quality awareness and individual responsibility in every process.
  • Integrate safety, environmental and operational efficiency criteria as an inseparable part of service quality.
  • Measure the performance of our processes and sustain continuous improvement of the quality management system.

International principles guiding our management.

We progressively align our processes with recognized quality, environmental and occupational safety practices.

ISO 9001:2026

Quality management

This is the standard for our ongoing certification process: processes, traceability, performance evaluation and continual improvement.

ISO 14001:2026

Environmental management

We integrate preventive criteria to identify environmental aspects, reduce impacts and promote the responsible use of resources.

ISO 45001:2018

Occupational health and safety

We adopt an approach based on hazard identification, risk assessment and the protection of people.

The certification process concerns ISO 9001:2026. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are reference frameworks; UNISHORE does not claim current certifications to these standards.

Technical references for each service.

These standards guide the applicable criteria according to each contract and project purpose; they do not represent additional UNISHORE certifications.

Cargo transport

We transport fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, food products and dry goods. We plan each operation for its cargo type, with attention to road safety, traceability and the relevant transport conditions.

Hydrographic surveys

For bathymetry and seabed surveys, we use IHO S-44 as a reference when the project purpose and specifications call for it.

Topographic surveys

We address coordinate reference systems and geospatial data quality according to the agreed project scope.

Equipment and measurements

For GNSS positioning, echo sounders and other instruments, we use traceability and measurement control as cross-cutting criteria.
